Ev66 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ev66 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing or using the ev66 website or app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, playing games, or using any service on ev66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

These terms have been written in English for users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on ev66, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.
• Each person may register only one account. Managing multiple accounts is not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You must use your own mobile number and email address.
• Accounts may not be created under someone else's name or using a false identity.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. ev66 may request additional verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if satisfactory information is not provided.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ev66:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment options.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Processing is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• Ev66 may place withdrawals on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ev66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive up to 100% on their first deposit. Wagering requirements are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Reload Bonus: Regular members receive a reload bonus on specific days or on a weekly basis.
• Cashback: Weekly or monthly cashback on net losses.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus.

General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a set timeframe. Any bonus that expires will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Ev66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

05 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on ev66:

• All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring results are entirely random and free from any interference.
• If a technical error is detected in a game result, the relevant round may be voided and all bets refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the ev66 server log will be considered the final record.
• In Sports Betting, bets can be cancelled before a match begins. Once a match is underway, in-play betting rules will apply.
• Betting limits vary by game or market and may be changed by ev66 at any time.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ev66, and violations will result in serious consequences:

• Multiple Accounts: Having more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated betting or artificial transactions aimed at circumventing bonus terms are prohibited.
• Money Laundering: ev66 complies with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent Activity: Chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or any attempt to hack the system.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Underage Gaming: Opening or using an account is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

For any of the above violations, ev66 may permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and pursue legal action if necessary.

07 Security & Privacy

Ev66 places user security as its top priority. The key elements of our security policy are:

• Personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or requested by a regulatory authority.

• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.

10 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Ev66 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. However, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited. ev66 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in cases of rule violations or suspicious activity.
